目的：探討PAX8和CD24在腎細胞癌中的表達方式和預后判斷中的意義,為腎細胞癌尋找一個新的預后預測因子和治療靶點。材料和方法：收集2005年1月到2009年12月期間100例腎癌根治術(shù)后的病理標本,使用免疫組化方法分析PAX8和CD24在100例腎細胞癌的組織切片標本和18例癌旁腎組織標本中的表達。使用半定量分析法將所有標本分成3組,陽性細胞數(shù)1-10%為1+；陽性細胞數(shù)11-50%為2+；陽性細胞數(shù)大于51%為3+。使用定性分析法將所有標本分成2組,即弱表達組和強表達組。根據(jù)臨床病理參數(shù)采用卡方檢驗（X2檢驗）分析PAX8和CD24的表達關(guān)系,使用生存率估計法（Kaplan-Meier method）分析無疾病進展生存率（PFS）和疾病特異性生存率（DSS）,使用對數(shù)秩檢驗（Log-rank test）分析兩者表達差異。此外,我們使用Cox比例風險模型分析PAX8和CD24作為腎細胞癌預后標記物的獨立性,瘤旁組織作為陽性對照。結(jié)果1.18例癌旁腎組織（100%）和84例（84/100）腎細胞癌中檢測到PAX8的表達,PAX8在腎透明細胞癌中的表達率為85.5%,在腎嫌色細胞癌中的表...
