【摘要】：目的探究腹腔鏡下腎盂成形術(shù)聯(lián)合輸尿管軟鏡取石術(shù)治療腎盂輸尿管連接部梗阻(UPJO)合并腎臟結(jié)石療效。方法 31例UPJO合并腎臟結(jié)石患者均行腹腔鏡下腎盂成形術(shù)與輸尿管軟鏡取石術(shù)聯(lián)合治療,統(tǒng)計(jì)手術(shù)用時(shí)、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后留院觀察時(shí)間、結(jié)石取凈率、手術(shù)成功率及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 31例患者手術(shù)均順利完成,結(jié)石取凈率100.00%,手術(shù)用時(shí)95~192(110.23±11.65)min,術(shù)中失血量22~38(30.58±5.31)ml,術(shù)后留院觀察時(shí)間5~8(6.31±1.02)d;未出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥;雙J管拔除1個(gè)月后復(fù)查顯示,手術(shù)成功率為90.32%(28/31)。結(jié)論鏡下腎盂成形術(shù)與輸尿管軟鏡取石術(shù)聯(lián)合治療安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic pyeloplasty combined with soft endoscopic lithotomy in the treatment of (UPJO) complicated with renal calculi with obstruction of pyelopelvic junction. Methods 31 patients with UPJO complicated with renal stones were treated with laparoscopic pyeloplasty and soft ureter lithotomy. The amount of bleeding during operation, the observation time after operation and the rate of stone removal were counted. The success rate of operation and the occurrence of complications. Results the operation was successfully completed in all the 31 patients. the stone removal rate was 100.00%. The blood loss during the operation was 95 鈮，
