【摘要】：正尿道外口狹窄為經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)后常見(jiàn)并發(fā)癥,多為機(jī)械性損傷引起~([1])。治療常采用尿道擴(kuò)張或尿道外口切開(kāi),但高齡患者反復(fù)至門(mén)診行尿道擴(kuò)張不便,而單純外口切開(kāi)術(shù)后造成的尿線改變影響日常護(hù)理。我院2011年4月至2015年10月,以帶蒂皮瓣尿道外口成形術(shù)治療前列腺電切術(shù)后尿道外口狹窄16例,術(shù)后患者排尿通暢,并發(fā)癥少,報(bào)道
[Abstract]:The stricture of the external orifice of the anterior urethra is a common complication after transurethral resection of the prostate, most of which is caused by mechanical injury. Urethral dilatation or urethrotomy is often used in the treatment, but it is inconvenient for elderly patients to do urethra dilatation repeatedly to the outpatient department. The changes of urinary line caused by simple external orifice incision affect daily nursing care. From April 2011 to October 2015, 16 cases of external orifice stricture of urethra after electroprostatectomy were treated with pedicle skin flap external orifice plasty. The postoperative patients had unobstructed urination and few complications.
