【摘要】：正重復(fù)尿道臨床較少見,容易誤診及漏診。近期,本院在行尿道狹窄手術(shù)時發(fā)現(xiàn)重復(fù)尿道1例,應(yīng)用陰莖島狀皮瓣修復(fù)成功。報道如下。1臨床資料患者,男,25歲,自出生后尿線較細小,呈單一尿線排尿,每次排尿時間大于2 min。2015年6月因急性尿潴留,在當?shù)蒯t(yī)院行膀胱造瘺術(shù),1個月后經(jīng)膀胱造瘺口行膀胱軟鏡檢查,見后尿道腔道幾近閉鎖,未做進一步治療。2016年3月24日至本院
[Abstract]:Repeated urethra is rare in clinical diagnosis and is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed. Recently, a case of repeated urethra was found in our hospital during urethral stricture operation, which was successfully repaired with penile island flap. The report is as follows: 1 Clinical data, male, 25 years old, with small urine line after birth and single urination, each urination time more than 2 min. In June 2015, due to acute urinary retention, bladder cystostomy was performed in the local hospital. One month later, soft endoscopy was performed through vesicostomy, and the posterior urethral canal was almost atresia without further treatment. From March 24, 2016 to the hospital, it was found that the posterior urethra was nearly atresia.
