【摘要】：對于患有終末期腎病的育齡期女性,腎移植是恢復(fù)其生育功能的有效治療手段之一。但由于免疫抑制劑的使用等特殊情況,有一系列婦產(chǎn)科相關(guān)問題亟需解答,如妊娠時機的把握、避孕方式的選擇、妊娠對移植腎的影響、免疫抑制劑對胎兒的影響及劑量調(diào)整問題、輔助生育技術(shù)的應(yīng)用問題、產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生及新生兒結(jié)局的影響等。隨著越來越多的腎移植后妊娠及良好產(chǎn)科結(jié)局報道,腎移植后妊娠需求不斷增加,前景較為明朗�，F(xiàn)對腎移植后妊娠相關(guān)問題作一綜述。
[Abstract]:For women of childbearing age with end-stage kidney disease, renal transplantation is one of the effective methods to restore reproductive function. However, due to the use of immunosuppressive agents and other special circumstances, there are a series of obstetrics and gynaecology-related problems that need to be answered, such as the timing of pregnancy, the choice of contraceptive methods, the impact of pregnancy on kidney transplantation, The effects of immunosuppressive agents on fetuses and dose adjustment, the application of assisted fertility techniques, the occurrence of obstetric complications and the effects of neonatal outcomes, etc. With more and more reports of pregnancy after renal transplantation and good obstetrical outcome, the demand for pregnancy after renal transplantation is increasing and the prospect is clearer. This article reviews the pregnancy-related problems after renal transplantation.
