【摘要】：目的了解社區(qū)老年人尿失禁患病率及其影響因素。方法采用立意取樣法,應(yīng)用自制社區(qū)老年人一般資料調(diào)查問卷、尿失禁問卷簡表中文版、日常生活活動能力量表、社會支持評定量表、簡易精神狀態(tài)量表和老年抑郁量表對社區(qū)603名老年人進行面對面入戶調(diào)查。結(jié)果尿失禁的患病率為11.3%,以輕度尿失禁為主,占9.8%,重度尿失禁者較少,僅占0.3%;患病率男性為7.8%,女性13.8%。年齡、性別、聽力情況、婚姻、子女數(shù)量、患慢性病是老年人尿失禁的影響因素,其中年齡、需照顧情況和日常生活能力3個變量進入回歸方程(P0.05),高齡、失能是老年人尿失禁的危險因素。結(jié)論社區(qū)老年人尿失禁患病率較高,尤其是高齡和失能老年人,主要以輕度尿失禁為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of urinary incontinence and its influencing factors in the elderly in community. Methods using the method of intention sampling, using the self-made questionnaire of general information of the elderly in the community, the Chinese version of the questionnaire of urinary incontinence, the activity of daily living scale, and the social support rating scale. A simple mental state scale and an elderly depression scale were used to investigate 603 elderly people in the community face to face. Results the prevalence rate of urinary incontinence was 11.3%, mainly mild urinary incontinence (9.8%) and severe urinary incontinence (0.3%). The prevalence rate of urinary incontinence was 7.8 in males and 13.8in females. Age, sex, hearing, marriage, number of children, chronic diseases were the influencing factors of urinary incontinence in the elderly. Disability is a risk factor for urinary incontinence in the elderly. Conclusion the prevalence of urinary incontinence in the elderly in the community is higher, especially in the elderly and disabled people, mainly mild urinary incontinence.
