中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)慢性腎病患者峰值攝氧量和無氧閾的影響

【摘要】:目的:探索中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)慢性腎病患者(chronic kidney disease,CKD)峰值攝氧量和無氧閾的影響,測(cè)定以峰值攝氧量百分?jǐn)?shù)表示的無氧閾值(anaerobic threshold,AT)強(qiáng)度,為慢性腎病患者的臨床康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)方案提供依據(jù)。方法:70例CKD患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(n=35)、運(yùn)動(dòng)組(n=35)。運(yùn)動(dòng)組以50%峰值攝氧量(peak oxygen uptake,VO_(2peak))踏功率自行車,每次30min,每周3次,共12周。12周訓(xùn)練前后,所有患者進(jìn)行心肺運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)(cardiopulmonary exercise test,CPET),測(cè)定受試者的峰值攝氧量(VO_(2peak)),同時(shí)利用簡化V-slope法判定每位患者無氧閾值。結(jié)果:訓(xùn)練前兩組VO_(2peak)、AT以及AT占VO_(2peak)百分比均無明顯差異(P0.05);訓(xùn)練后,與對(duì)照組相比,運(yùn)動(dòng)組的VO_(2peak)、AT以及AT占VO_(2peak)百分比均有顯著改善(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中等強(qiáng)度的有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)CKD患者VO_(2peak)、AT有改善作用。CKD患者以%VO_(2peak)表示的AT值(73.50±1.31%VO_(2peak))高于未經(jīng)訓(xùn)練的健康人群(50%—60%VO_(2peak))。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of moderate intensity aerobic exercise on the peak oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold of (chronic kidney disease,CKD in patients with chronic nephropathy, and to determine the anaerobic threshold (anaerobic threshold,AT) intensity expressed by the percentage of peak oxygen uptake. To provide evidence for clinical rehabilitation exercise program in patients with chronic nephropathy. Methods: 70 patients with CKD were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 35) and exercise group (n = 35). In the exercise group, 50% peak oxygen uptake (peak oxygen uptake,VO_ (2peak) was used on the bicycle for 30 minutes, 3 times a week for 12 weeks. Before and after 12 weeks of training, all the patients underwent cardiopulmonary exercise test (cardiopulmonary exercise test,CPET). Peak oxygen uptake (VO_) was determined by 2peak), (simplified V-slope method). Results: there was no significant difference in the percentage of VO_ (2peak), AT) and AT in VO_ (2peak) between the two groups before training (P0.05). After training, the percentage of VO_ (2peak), AT) and AT in VO_ (2peak) in the exercise group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: moderate intensity aerobic exercise is beneficial to VO_ (2peak) in patients with CKD.
