【摘要】：正患者女性,60歲,因體檢時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)左腎上極腫物入院�；颊邿o(wú)血尿、尿頻、尿急、尿痛及腎區(qū)絞痛等癥狀,也無(wú)任何體征。B超及CT檢查均提示左腎實(shí)性占位,腎癌可能性大。遂在全麻下行左腎根治性切除術(shù)。2016年6月患者體檢時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)左胸內(nèi)占位半日,CT示左前上縱膈存在實(shí)性腫塊,無(wú)任何癥狀及體征。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:CA199 42.11 ng/m L、CEA 6.8ng/m L、非小細(xì)胞抗原4.840 ng/m L。術(shù)中探查發(fā)現(xiàn)左上肺占位,遂行部分肺及腫物切除術(shù)。
[Abstract]:A 60-year-old female patient was admitted to hospital because of a medical examination of the left superior pole of the kidney. The patients did not have hematuria, frequent urine, urinal urgency, urinary pain, renal colic, and no signs. B-ultrasonography and CT showed that the left renal solid space was occupied and the possibility of renal carcinoma was high. Left radical nephrectomy was performed under general anesthesia. During the physical examination of patients in June 2016, the left thoracic mass was found for half a day. CT showed that there was a solid mass in the left anterior superior mediastinum without any symptoms or signs. Laboratory examination: CA199 42.11 ng/m 6.8ng/m L, non-small cell antigen 4.840 ng/m L. Intraoperative exploration revealed left upper lung mass and partial resection of lung and tumor.
