【摘要】：目的:探討單純良性前列腺增生(BPH)與伴有前列腺炎的BPH患者前列腺組織中IL-17和IL-8表達差異。方法:收集行經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)的60例BPH患者標本。根據(jù)標本HE染色不同分為單純BPH組23例和合并炎癥的BPH組37例。對兩組患者的臨床資料進行分析比較;用免疫組化方法檢測各標本IL-17和IL-8的表達情況,用熒光定量PCR和Western印跡檢測各標本IL-17和IL-8 mRNA和蛋白的表達。結(jié)果:單純BPH組和合并炎癥的BPH組患者的國際前列腺癥狀評分(IPSS)[(21.6±3.7)分vs(29.1±6.2)分]、生活質(zhì)量評分(Qo L)[(4.4±1.6)分vs(5.4±1.3)分]、最大尿流率(Qmax)[(8.2±1.8)ml/s vs(4.7±2.1)ml/s]、殘余尿量(RUV)[(98.2±19.3)ml vs(198.6±15.5)ml]、前列腺體積[(49.8±16.5)ml vs(69.2±24.1)ml]、PSA[(2.8±0.8)μg/L vs(7.4±1.9)μg/L]和C反應蛋白(CRP)[(1.5±0.6)mg/L vs(5.1±2.0)mg/L],兩組相比差異明顯,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);合并炎癥的BPH組患者尿潴留的發(fā)生率[32.4%(12/37)]明顯高于單純BPH組[8.69%(2/23),P0.05];IL-17 mRNA和IL-8 mRNA在合并炎癥的BPH組前列腺組織中的表達量(0.303±0.076和0.536±0.059)均明顯高于單純BPH組(0.042±0.019和0.108±0.025,P0.05);IL-17和IL-8蛋白在單純BPH組和在合并炎癥的BPH組患者前列腺組織中的蛋白表達(0.34±0.05 vs 0.88±0.10,0.43±0.04 vs1.07±0.08),兩者相比差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:IL-17和IL-8在合并炎癥的BPH患者前列腺組織中的表達上調(diào),其可能在BPH的發(fā)生發(fā)展中起重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of IL-17 and IL-8 in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostatitis (BPH). Methods: 60 patients with BPH underwent transurethral resection of prostate. According to HE staining, 23 cases of BPH group and 37 cases of BPH group with inflammation were divided into two groups: BPH group (n = 23) and BPH group (n = 37). The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed and compared, the expression of IL-17 and IL-8 was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the expression of IL-17 and IL-8 mRNA and protein was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot. Results: the international prostatic symptom score (IPSS) in BPH group and BPH group with inflammation [(21.6 鹵3.7) vs (29.1 鹵6.2)]. Quality of life score (Qo L) [(4.4 鹵1.6) vs (5.4 鹵1.3)], maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) [(8.2 鹵1.8) ml/s vs (4.7 鹵2.1) ml/s]. Residual urine volume (RUV) [(98.2 鹵19.3) ml vs (198.6 鹵15.5) ml], prostate volume [(49.8 鹵16.5) ml vs (, 69.2 鹵24.1) ml], and prostatic volume [(49.8 鹵16.5) ml vs (, 69.2 鹵24.1) ml]. PSA [(2.8 鹵0.8) 渭 g / L vs (7.4 鹵1.9) 渭 g / L] and C-reactive protein (CRP) [(1.5 鹵0.6) mg/L vs (5.1 鹵2.0) mg/L] were significantly different between the two groups. There was statistical significance (P0.05); The incidence of urinary retention in the BPH group with inflammation [32.4% (12 / 37)] was significantly higher than that in the simple BPH group [8.69% (2 / 23), P0.05]. The expression of IL-17 mRNA and IL-8 mRNA in BPH group with inflammation (0.303 鹵0.076 and 0.536 鹵0.059) was significantly higher than that in BPH group (0.042 鹵0.019 and 0.108 鹵0.025). The expression of IL-17 and IL-8 protein in prostatic tissues of patients with BPH alone and BPH with inflammation (0.34 鹵0.05 vs 0.88 鹵0.10 鹵0.43 鹵0.04 vs1.07 鹵0.08) was significantly different. There was statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion: the expression of IL-17 and IL-8 in prostatic tissues of BPH patients with inflammation may play an important role in the occurrence and development of BPH.
