【摘要】：目的探討泌尿生殖道支原體感染患者支原體培養(yǎng)情況并分析其耐藥性變化,為臨床上合理使用抗生素提供參考依據(jù)。 方法對(duì)2010年1月-2012年12月青醫(yī)附院門診收治的1236例懷疑泌尿生殖道支原體感染患者進(jìn)行支原體培養(yǎng)與藥敏試驗(yàn),并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果1236例支原體屬培養(yǎng)結(jié)果中陽性316例(25.57%),其中解脲脲原體(Uu)245例(19.82%),人型支原體(Mh)10例(0.81%),Uu+Mh混合感染61例(4.94%)；在女性患者中Uu和Uu+Mh陽性率分別為27.05%、6.54%,均顯著高于男性(Uu7.46%、Uu+Mh2.19%,P0.05)。Uu對(duì)氧氟沙星、羅紅霉素、司帕沙星耐藥率較高,分別為26.53%、17.96%、15.92%,Uu+Mh只對(duì)強(qiáng)力霉素和美滿霉素耐藥性較低；3年中支原體對(duì)抗生素耐藥性變化不一,2011、2012年Uu耐藥率較2010年有所下降,Uu+Mh耐藥性有逐漸升高趨勢(shì)。 結(jié)論泌尿生殖道支原體感染培養(yǎng)陽性率在女性中明顯高于男性。其對(duì)常見抗生素耐藥率較高,臨床上應(yīng)行支原體培養(yǎng)+藥敏試驗(yàn),合理使用抗生素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mycoplasma culture in patients with urogenital tract infection and to analyze the change of drug resistance in order to provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods from January 2010 to December 2012, 1236 patients with suspected urogenital tract mycoplasma infection were examined by mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test, and the results were analyzed. Results 1236 cases of mycoplasma were positive in 1236 cases (25.57%), including (Uu) of Ureaplasma Urealyticum (19.82%) and (Mh) of human type (0.81%). 61 cases (4.94%) were co-infected with Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis (0.81%). The positive rates of Uu and Uu Mh in female patients were 27.05 and 6.54, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in male patients (Uu7.46%,Uu Mh2.19%,P0.05). Uu resistance rate to ofloxacin, roxithromycin and sparfloxacin was higher than that of male patients. The drug resistance of Mh to doxycycline and minocycline was lower than that of Mh. The drug resistance of mycoplasma to antibiotics varied in three years. The resistance rate of Uu in 2012 was lower than that in 2010, and the drug resistance of, Uu Mh increased gradually in 2011 and 2012. Conclusion the positive rate of mycoplasma infection in the genitourinary tract was significantly higher in women than in men. The rate of drug resistance to common antibiotics was high, and the drug sensitivity test of mycoplasma culture should be carried out in clinic, and antibiotics should be used rationally.
