【摘要】：目的探討腎病科患者醫(yī)院感染的危險因素,為降低患者臨床感染率提供參考依據(jù)。方法回顧性分析2014年1月-2015年3月醫(yī)院360例住院患者臨床資料,采用單因素分析和多因素logistic非條件回歸分析方法,對影響患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染的危險因素進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 16.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 360例腎病科患者有102例發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染,感染率為28.33%;共分離出102株病原菌,以革蘭陰性菌為主,共55株占44.72%;多因素logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,患者年齡60歲、體質(zhì)量50kg、合并高血壓、入住ICU、住院時間10d、中心靜脈置管、留置尿管、使用呼吸機(jī)是影響患者醫(yī)院感染的獨(dú)立危險因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論腎病科患者醫(yī)院感染的危險因素多,應(yīng)根據(jù)以上因素進(jìn)行針對性地預(yù)防與治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients with renal diseases and to provide reference for reducing the clinical infection rate. Methods the clinical data of 360 hospitalized patients from January 2014 to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The risk factors affecting nosocomial infection were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic non-conditional regression analysis. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results among 360 cases of renal diseases, 102 cases had nosocomial infection, the infection rate was 28.33%, 102 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, 55 strains were Gram-negative bacteria (44.72%). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the patient was 60 years old, with body mass of 50 kg, with hypertension, hospitalization time of 10 days in ICU, central venous catheterization and indwelling urethral catheter. Ventilator was an independent risk factor for nosocomial infection (P0.05). Conclusion there are many risk factors for nosocomial infection in renal patients.
