【摘要】：目的探討慢性腎臟病(CKD)患者血清妊娠相關(guān)蛋白(PAPP)-A水平與頸動脈內(nèi)中膜厚度(IMT)的相關(guān)性。方法選擇CKD 3~5期患者71例,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附(ELISA)法檢測血清PAPP-A水平,多普勒超聲測量頸動脈IMT及頸動脈斑塊,根據(jù)頸動脈超聲檢測結(jié)果將CKD患者分為頸動脈正常組和頸動脈粥樣硬化(AS)組,比較兩組血清PAPP-A水平的變化;16例健康體檢者作為對照組。結(jié)果 CKD患者血清PAPP-A水平較對照組明顯升高(P0.01),且隨著腎功能的惡化呈進(jìn)行性升高。CKD伴頸AS組血清PAPP-A水平較頸動脈正常組明顯升高(P0.01)。CKD患者頸動脈IMT與血清PAPP-A顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.521,P0.001)。PAPP-A是IMT獨(dú)立危險因素。結(jié)論 CKD患者血清PAPP-A與頸AS密切相關(guān),血清PAPP-A可能參與了CKD患者AS的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between serum pregnancy-associated protein (PAPP) A) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods Serum PAPP-A levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and carotid IMT and carotid plaque were measured by Doppler ultrasound in 71 patients with stage 3 CKD. According to the results of carotid ultrasound, the patients with CKD were divided into normal carotid group and carotid atherosclerotic (AS) group to compare the changes of serum PAPP-A levels in the two groups, and 16 healthy people as control group. Results the serum PAPP-A level in CKD patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.01), and the serum PAPP-A level in the CKD with carotid AS group was significantly higher than that in the normal carotid artery group (P0.01). CKD patients with carotid IMT and serum PAPP-A was significantly positive. PAPP-A was an independent risk factor for IMT. Conclusion Serum PAPP-A is closely related to cervical AS in patients with CKD, and serum PAPP-A may be involved in the occurrence and development of AS in CKD patients.
