【摘要】：目的:探討熱淋清顆粒對(duì)腎結(jié)石術(shù)后尿路感染的預(yù)防作用及對(duì)術(shù)后排石、疼痛的影響。方法:選擇2012年5月—2015年4月接受手術(shù)治療的72例腎結(jié)石患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組與觀察組各36例,對(duì)照組術(shù)后靜滴鹽酸左氧氟沙星氯化鈉注射液干預(yù),觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用熱淋清顆粒治療,兩組均治療1周,觀察兩組治療效果,統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)石排出率及排凈時(shí)間,觀察患者尿痛、尿頻、血尿、腎區(qū)疼痛、叩擊痛等癥狀及體征評(píng)分改善情況,監(jiān)測(cè)治療期間不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況,記錄兩組術(shù)后1個(gè)月內(nèi)尿路感染發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:1觀察組總有效率略高于對(duì)照組,但對(duì)比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2觀察組治療1周血尿、尿頻、尿痛、尿急、腎區(qū)疼痛、叩擊痛等癥狀積分均低于對(duì)照組,對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);3觀察組結(jié)石排出率高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),結(jié)石排凈時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組,對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);4兩組治療期間不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率相近(P0.05),均未見(jiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng);5觀察組尿路感染發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組,對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:熱淋清顆粒用于防治PCNL術(shù)后尿路感染整體效果好,可促進(jìn)結(jié)石排出,減輕尿痛、腎區(qū)疼痛等癥狀,且安全性高,不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the preventive effect of Rilinqing granule on urinary tract infection after renal calculi and its effect on postoperative lithotomy and pain. Methods: 72 patients with renal calculi received surgical treatment from May 2012 to April 2015 were divided into control group (n = 36) and observation group (n = 36). The control group received intravenous drip of levofloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection after operation. On this basis, the observation group was treated with Rilinqing granules, both of them were treated for 1 week. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed, the stone excretion rate and the time of excretion were counted, and the patients' urinary pain, frequency of urine, hematuria and pain in the renal area were observed. The score of percussion pain and other symptoms and signs were improved, adverse reactions during treatment were monitored, and the incidence of urinary tract infection within 1 month after operation was recorded in both groups. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05) the scores of hematuria, frequency of urine, urinal pain, urinal urgency, renal area pain and percussion pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The stone excretion rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the time of stone drainage was shorter than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment was similar (P0.05), and the incidence of urinary tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Rilinqing granule is effective in the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infection after PCNL. It can promote the excretion of stone and relieve the symptoms of urinary pain and renal pain. It is safe and has less adverse reactions.
