根治性前列腺切除術(shù)和放射療法治療高危前列腺癌的研究進展

【摘要】：目前,臨床上對高危前列腺癌(PCa)的定義尚未統(tǒng)一,但其中D'Amico危險分層系統(tǒng)更為學界所接受。其對高危PCa的定義為PSA20μg/L,Gleason評分8~10分,臨床分期≥T2c。由于高危PCa在治療后易復發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)移,因此選擇合適的治療方案成為關(guān)鍵。目前針對高危PCa最重要的一線治療方法為根治性前列腺切除術(shù)(RP)或放射治療(RT),然而其最佳治療方案仍未達成共識。本文綜述RP和RT治療高危PCa的研究進展。
