【摘要】：正患者女,49歲。因"右腰部疼痛2月余"入院。體檢:雙側腰部疼痛,右髂區(qū)壓痛,無反跳痛,右腎區(qū)輕叩痛;雙腎區(qū)未見腫脹及畸形,雙腎區(qū)未聞及血管性雜音。CT平掃示:右側腎后間隙見團塊影,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,邊界尚清,內可見多發(fā)囊狀壞死區(qū)及多發(fā)斑點
[Abstract]:The patient is 49 years old. Due to pain in the right waist, he was admitted to hospital for 2 months. Physical examination: bilateral waist pain, right iliac area tenderness, no rebound pain, right renal area tap pain, bilateral kidney area no swelling and deformity, double kidney area not heard and vascular murmur. Ct plain scan: the right posterior interrenal space with irregular shape and clear boundary, Multiple cystic necrotic areas and multiple spots can be seen inside.
