【摘要】：正尖銳濕疣是由人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染引起的一種性接觸感染性疾病,在男性人群中,主要發(fā)生在龜頭、包皮、包皮系帶、尿道口部位以及生殖器冠狀溝等部位,有部分發(fā)生在陰囊和陰莖體~([1-2])。目前,尖銳濕疣還沒有特別有效的治療方法,即使治愈也容易復(fù)發(fā)。采用二氧化碳激光環(huán)切包皮的方法治療尖銳濕疣合并包皮過長,在降低尖銳濕疣復(fù)發(fā)率方面取得了滿意的效果,為此深圳市龍華新區(qū)人民醫(yī)院選取了
[Abstract]:Condyloma acuminatum is a sexually contagious disease caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. In the male population, it mainly occurs in glans, prepuce, urethral orifice and genitalia, and so on. Some of them occurred in the scrotum and penile body ~ ([1-2]). At present, condyloma acuminatum has no especially effective treatment, even if cured easily relapse. The treatment of condyloma acuminatum combined with long prepuce by carbon dioxide laser circumcision has achieved satisfactory results in reducing the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum. For this reason, Shenzhen Longhua New District people's Hospital has chosen the method of treating condyloma acuminatum with excessive prepuce.
