【摘要】：目的調(diào)查分析老年患者泌尿系感染的臨床特征和相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素,并制定相應(yīng)的干預(yù)對(duì)策。方法選擇2010年1月至2012年12月本院泌尿外科收治的87例并發(fā)泌尿系感染的老年患者,進(jìn)行回顧性調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果 87例患者以尿頻、尿痛、血尿及排尿困難為主要臨床表現(xiàn),其中≥60歲者發(fā)生率為83.91%(73/87),合并糖尿病、腦血管疾患等基礎(chǔ)疾病者為78.16%(68/87),實(shí)施侵襲性操作者占67.81%(59/87)。結(jié)論老年患者繼發(fā)泌尿系感染與高齡、合并基礎(chǔ)疾病、侵襲性操作等因素密切相關(guān),應(yīng)給予高度重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the clinical characteristics and related risk factors of urinary tract infection in elderly patients and to formulate corresponding intervention measures.
