【摘要】：目的探討百里醌對(duì)腎缺血再灌注損傷大鼠的抗氧化及線粒體保護(hù)作用。方法檢測(cè)百里醌對(duì)大鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)、腎臟病理形態(tài)、腎組織勻漿中丙二醛(MDA)、過(guò)氧化氫酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GPx)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸(LD)、一氧化氮(NO)的水平以及腎組織線粒體膜電位和線粒體組分中的MDA、GPx、GSH、SOD含量和ATP酶活性變化的影響。結(jié)果百里醌可明顯減少BUN、Cr、LD、NO、線粒體膜電位、腎組織和線粒體組分中MDA表達(dá)以及腎組織病理形態(tài)改變,但可明顯增加ATP酶活性以及腎組織和線粒體組分中CAT、GPx與SOD的表達(dá)。結(jié)論百里醌預(yù)處理減輕腎缺血再灌注損傷可能與其抗氧化應(yīng)激和保護(hù)線粒體的作用相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antioxidant and mitochondrial protective effects of thyriquinone on renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods the renal histopathology of serum urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr), (Cr),) in rats were determined by thymidone. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD), lactate (LD), nitric oxide (NO) in renal homogenate and the mitochondrial membrane potential in renal tissue and the content of (CAT), Glutathione glutathione peroxidase (GPx), and ATP in renal tissue homogenate The effect of changes in activity. Results Thyraquinone could significantly decrease the expression of MDA, mitochondrial membrane potential, MDA expression in kidney and mitochondria, and the pathological changes of renal tissue, but significantly increased the activity of ATP and the expression of ATP and SOD in kidney and mitochondria. Conclusion the protective effect of thyriquinone preconditioning on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury may be related to antioxidant stress and mitochondria protection.
