【摘要】：目的:探尋中西藥結(jié)合治療下尿路感染比西藥治療下尿路感染上的優(yōu)勢(shì)問(wèn)題。材料與方法:使用隨機(jī)平行對(duì)照方法,將門診及病房患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組20例采用硝呋太爾片200mg日二次口服,治療下尿路感染;治療組除采用同等西藥治療外,加用中藥暖肝煎加減,每日1劑,水煎300ml,分早、中、晚三次口服。連續(xù)治療1周。觀察臨床癥狀及癥狀積分改變、理化指標(biāo)(細(xì)菌菌群計(jì)數(shù)、鏡檢白細(xì)胞)。連續(xù)治療1周后,判定療效。結(jié)果:1治療組證候療效臨床控制13例,顯效3例,無(wú)效2例,總有效率90.9%.。2.對(duì)照組證候療效臨床控制10例,顯效2例,無(wú)效5例,總有效率75%。3.治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:加減暖肝煎聯(lián)合硝呋太爾片治療下尿路感染療效優(yōu)于單純運(yùn)用硝呋太爾片,尤其在改善患者癥狀上尤為突出。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the advantages of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of lower urinary tract infection. Materials and methods: two groups of outpatients and wards were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 20) was treated with Nifurotol tablet 200mg twice a day for lower urinary tract infection, the treatment group was treated with the same western medicine, Add Chinese medicine warm liver decoction add or subtract, 1 dose per day, 300 ml water decoction, early, middle, late oral three times. Continuous treatment for 1 week. The clinical symptoms and symptom scores were observed, and the physicochemical indexes (bacterial flora count, microscopic examination of white blood cells) were observed. After 1 week of continuous treatment, the curative effect was evaluated. Results in the treatment group, 13 cases had clinical control, 3 cases had remarkable effect, 2 cases had no effect, and the total effective rate was 90.9..2.Results in the treatment group, 13 cases had clinical control, 3 cases had remarkable effect and 2 cases had no effect. In the control group, 10 cases were clinically controlled, 2 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 75.3. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the curative effect of Jiajiaogan decoction combined with nifurotrel tablet on lower urinary tract infection is better than that of nifuroterol alone, especially in improving the symptoms of the patients.
