【摘要】：將盛京醫(yī)院腎內(nèi)科2016年1月至2016年12月收治的90名慢性腎臟病2期、3期和4期患者隨機(jī)分為對照組和腎康栓組,相同基礎(chǔ)治療,腎康栓組加用腎康栓肛入,比較兩組療效差異。結(jié)果顯示腎康栓組治療后血肌酐、血清胱抑素C明顯下降(P0.01),血尿素氮、血清尿酸下降(P0.05),血紅蛋白顯著升高(P0.01);而對照組治療前后僅血紅蛋白上升具有差異性(P0.05)。兩組患者按照早期及中晚期腎功能不全進(jìn)行分層分析后結(jié)果顯示腎康栓能夠明顯改善慢性腎臟病患者的相關(guān)指標(biāo),對于指標(biāo)異常程度較小的早期患者療效更加顯著,具有明顯延緩其疾病進(jìn)展作用。
[Abstract]:From January 2016 to December 2016, 90 patients with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into two groups: control group and Shenkang suppository group. The results showed that the levels of serum creatinine, serum cystatin C, blood urea nitrogen, serum uric acid and hemoglobin in Shenkang suppository group were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.01) after treatment (P 0.01), but there was significant difference before and after treatment in control group (P 0.05). According to the stratified analysis of early and late renal insufficiency, the results showed that Shenkang suppository could obviously improve the related indexes of patients with chronic kidney disease, and the curative effect was more significant for early patients with lower degree of abnormal indexes. It has the effect of delaying the progress of the disease.
