【摘要】：目的分析大連地區(qū)男性血清前列腺特異性抗原(PSA)水平,探討建立本地區(qū)男性年齡相關(guān)PSA參考值范圍,以提高PSA對本地區(qū)早期前列腺癌診斷的準(zhǔn)確性。方法 2011年1月至2016年6月,收集9 342例于大連醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院健康體檢男性的血液樣本,排除存在下尿路癥狀者,最終共有8 453例成年男性納入本研究。結(jié)果 8 453例健康男性PSA中位數(shù)為0.93μg/L,四分位數(shù)間距為0.81μg/L,95%百分位數(shù)為3.49μg/L�！�4.0μg/L的8 169例(96.6%);4.0~10.0μg/L的268例(3.2%);10.0μg/L的16例(0.2%);各個年齡組PSA 95%百分位數(shù)分別為:20~30歲0~1.67μg/L;30~40歲0~2.01μg/L;40~50歲0~2.41μg/L;50~60歲0~3.25μg/L;60~70歲0~3.92μg/L;70~80歲0~5.48μg/L;≥80歲0~9.35μg/L,各年齡組間均數(shù)差別有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。前列腺特異性抗原與年齡呈正相關(guān)(r=0.251,P0.001)。結(jié)論大連地區(qū)男性不同年齡段PSA水平存在明顯差異,且均低于OESTERLING標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。篩查前列腺癌時,依據(jù)本地區(qū)年齡相關(guān)PSA參考值可能有益于前列腺癌的早期檢出,降低過度診療的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the serum (PSA) level of prostate specific antigen (PSA) in Dalian and to establish the reference range of age-related PSA in order to improve the accuracy of PSA in the diagnosis of early prostate cancer.
