【摘要】：目的:研究魚油脂肪乳對腎移植術(shù)后病人炎癥及凝血功能的影響。方法:初次腎移植病人146例,隨機分為魚油(FO)組和中長鏈脂肪乳(MCT)組。術(shù)后MCT組給予普通30%MCT治療;FO組給予加用魚油脂肪乳腸外營養(yǎng)支持,其他治療措施相同。所有病人手術(shù)前后檢測炎癥狀態(tài)和凝血功能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:FO組病人術(shù)后第3天炎癥指標(biāo)明顯低于MCT組(P0.05),凝血功能指標(biāo)兩組間無顯著性差異。術(shù)后第7天,兩組病人的炎癥指標(biāo)無顯著性差異。結(jié)論:魚油脂肪乳能降低腎移植病人的炎癥反應(yīng),對凝血功能無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of fish oil fat emulsion on inflammation and coagulation function after renal transplantation. Methods: 146 primary renal transplant patients were randomly divided into fish oil (FO) group and medium chain fat emulsion (MCT) group. Postoperative MCT group was treated with common 30 MCT and FO group was given parenteral nutrition support with fish oil fat emulsion, other treatment measures were the same. Inflammatory status and coagulation function were measured in all patients before and after operation. Results the inflammatory indexes in the FO group were significantly lower than those in the MCT group on the 3rd day after operation (P0.05). There was no significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups. On the 7th day after operation, there was no significant difference in inflammatory indexes between the two groups. Conclusion: fish oil fat emulsion can reduce the inflammatory reaction of renal transplantation patients, and has no obvious effect on coagulation function.
