【摘要】：目的探究持續(xù)床旁腎替代療法治療重癥急性胰腺炎合并急性腎損傷的治療效果。方法隨機(jī)選取我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的78例重癥急性胰腺炎合并急性腎損傷的患者,按照是否接受續(xù)床旁腎替代治療將所有患者均分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組39例患者接受床旁腎替代治療,對照組39例患者未接受,比較兩組患者臨床治療效果。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組有26例患者基本治愈,有3例患者死亡,對照組有18例患者基本治愈,有12例患者死亡,實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后血清肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿量與治療前相比降幅遠(yuǎn)大于對照組,數(shù)據(jù)具有差異性,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對于CRRT重癥急性胰腺炎合并急性腎損傷的患者給予持續(xù)床旁腎替代治療能有效清除炎癥介質(zhì),縮短患者住院時間,提高患者臨床治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the therapeutic effect of continuous bedside renal replacement therapy on severe acute pancreatitis with acute renal injury. Methods 78 patients with severe acute pancreatitis with acute renal injury from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected. In the experimental group, 39 patients in the experimental group received bedside renal replacement therapy, 39 patients in the control group were unaccepted and compared with the two groups of patients. Results in the experimental group, 26 patients were basically cured, 3 patients died, 18 patients in the control group were basically cured and 12 patients died. The serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, 24h urine volume and treatment in the experimental group were treated after treatment. Compared with the control group before treatment, the data are different and have statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion continuous bedside renal replacement therapy for patients with CRRT severe acute pancreatitis with acute renal injury can effectively remove the inflammatory mediators, shorten the patient's time of hospitalization, and raise the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients.
