【摘要】：貓急性腎功能衰竭是由于腎小球的濾過能力突然迅速下降所引起的臨床綜合征，以腎臟功能喪失為特征。在臨床實踐中，，貓急性腎功能衰竭的發(fā)病率與死亡率在逐漸上升。在大多數(shù)情況下經(jīng)過有效及時的救治和護理，患貓受損的腎臟可以經(jīng)過代償恢復(fù)腎功能，進而使貓急性腎功能衰竭到相對的緩解。但如果診治不當(dāng)或者不及時，患貓死亡的概率也會大大增加。但在特殊情況下，急性腎功能衰竭也可以轉(zhuǎn)變成慢性腎功能衰竭，正確的掌握貓急性腎功能衰竭的致病原因、發(fā)病機理、鑒別診斷、治療方法以及護理等，對于臨床上貓急性腎功能衰竭的研究具有一定的實際應(yīng)用價值。 本研究對臨床接診的患貓通過一般臨床檢查、血液分析、尿液分析、B超檢查等實驗室檢查，確診為貓急性腎功能衰竭，患貓經(jīng)過調(diào)節(jié)水、電解質(zhì)和酸堿平衡，調(diào)節(jié)氮血癥，提供營養(yǎng)支持，治療原發(fā)病，防治并發(fā)癥等治療以及護理，腎臟功能都恢復(fù)正常，健康出院。對貓急性腎功能衰竭的致病原因、發(fā)病機理、鑒別診斷、治療方法以及預(yù)后護理等進行了總結(jié)分析，以期為貓急性腎功能衰竭的臨床診斷、治療、護理和預(yù)防提供一定的理論參考。
[Abstract]:Acute renal failure (ARF) in cats is a clinical syndrome caused by a sudden and rapid decline in glomerular filtration capacity, characterized by renal dysfunction. In clinical practice, the incidence and mortality of acute renal failure in cats are increasing gradually. In most cases, after effective and timely treatment and nursing, the damaged kidney of cats can be compensated to restore renal function, and then the acute renal failure of cats can be relatively alleviated. However, if the diagnosis is improper or not in time, the probability of cat death will increase greatly. But under special circumstances, acute renal failure can also be transformed into chronic renal failure. We can correctly understand the causes, pathogenesis, differential diagnosis, treatment methods and nursing care of acute renal failure in cats. It has some practical value for the clinical study of acute renal failure in cats. In this study, the cats were diagnosed as acute renal failure by general clinical examination, blood analysis, urine analysis, B-ultrasound examination and other laboratory tests. The cats were diagnosed as acute renal failure by adjusting the balance of water, electrolyte, acid and base, and regulating the azotemia. Provide nutritional support, treatment of primary diseases, prevention and treatment of complications and nursing care, kidney function are restored to normal, healthy discharge. The causes, pathogenesis, differential diagnosis, treatment methods and prognosis nursing of acute renal failure in cats were summarized and analyzed in order to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment for acute renal failure in cats. Nursing and prevention provide some theoretical reference.
