骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞移植治療糖尿病神經(jīng)源性膀胱的研究與進(jìn)展

【摘要】:背景:干細(xì)胞移植治療近年來吸引了相當(dāng)多的關(guān)注,為治療糖尿病神經(jīng)源性膀胱提供了新思路。目的:綜述骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞移植治療糖尿病神經(jīng)源性膀胱的研究與應(yīng)用進(jìn)展。方法:由第一作者以"bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,diabetic neurogenic bladder,differentiation,transplantation;骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞,糖尿病神經(jīng)源性膀胱,分化,移植"為檢索詞,檢索2000至2016年Sciencedirect、Pub Med、Embase、萬方及知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞對(duì)糖尿病神經(jīng)源性膀胱治療及機(jī)制相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:在糖尿病神經(jīng)源性膀胱出現(xiàn)膀胱功能障礙時(shí)移植骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞,通過增殖和分化為平滑肌細(xì)胞修復(fù)膀胱及尿道功能,同時(shí)可合成多種生長(zhǎng)因子,對(duì)膀胱內(nèi)局部微環(huán)境產(chǎn)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)性旁分泌作用,包括抗炎、促進(jìn)增殖和存活等,有效治療糖尿病神經(jīng)源性膀胱。一方面,骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞憑借向損傷部位趨化的能力,通過血液循環(huán)遷移到受損部位參與修復(fù);另一方面,骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞合成多種生長(zhǎng)因子,以及具有可抑制炎性應(yīng)答的細(xì)胞因子。但目前臨床研究尚少,其有效性及安全性有待進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Background: stem cell transplantation has attracted considerable attention in recent years and provides new ideas for the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder. Objective: a review of the progress in the study and application of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods: the first author was "bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, diabetic Neurogen" IC bladder, differentiation, transplantation; bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, diabetic neurogenic bladder, differentiation, and transplantation "for retrieval words, retrieval of Sciencedirect from 2000 to 2016, Pub Med, Embase, Wanfang and the knowledge network database application of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to the neurogenic bladder treatment and mechanism related to glucose urinary disease. Results and conclusions Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are transplanted in diabetic neurogenic bladder to repair bladder and urethral function through proliferation and differentiation, and multiple growth factors can be synthesized to produce nutritional paracrine effect on the local microenvironment of the bladder, including anti-inflammatory, proliferation and survival, and effective treatment. Diabetic neurogenic bladder. On the one hand, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells rely on the chemotactic capacity of the damaged sites and migrate through the blood circulation to the damaged areas to participate in the repair; on the other hand, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells synthesize a variety of growth factors and have cytokine that can inhibit inflammatory response. However, there are few clinical studies at present, which are effective. The sex and safety need to be further verified.
