【摘要】：目的探討磁共振時間—空間雙重標記反轉(zhuǎn)脈沖(T-SLIP)技術(shù)在腎臟皮髓質(zhì)分離中的應用及顯示腎臟皮髓質(zhì)分離最佳的黑血翻轉(zhuǎn)時間(BBTI)。方法選擇健康志愿者60名,采用結(jié)合T-SLIP脈沖的穩(wěn)態(tài)自由進動序列(SSFP)行上腹部掃描。采用6個BBTI值(800、1 000、1 200、1 400、1 600、1 800ms)進行冠狀位T-SLIP SSFP序列掃描。采用4分法分析圖像質(zhì)量,并通過圖像訓練算法自動分割腎臟皮髓質(zhì)區(qū)域,分別計算皮髓質(zhì)的信號強度(SI),獲得不同BBTI值時腎臟皮髓質(zhì)的相對信號強度比(SIR),獲得最佳BBTI值。結(jié)果 BBTI值為1 200ms時,圖像質(zhì)量的評分最高。不同BBTI值時,SIR差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.013),當BBTI為1 200ms時,SIR值最大,腎皮髓質(zhì)間SI對比最明顯。結(jié)論 T-SLIP技術(shù)可在不使用對比劑的情況下清晰顯示腎臟皮髓質(zhì),當BBTI值為1 200ms時皮髓質(zhì)分離顯示最好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application of magnetic resonance time-space double label reverse pulse (T-SLIP) technique in the separation of renal dermatomedullary and display the best black blood turnover time (BBTI) for renal dermatomedullary separation. Methods 60 healthy volunteers were scanned by steady-state free precession sequence (SSFP) combined with T-SLIP pulse. The coronal T-SLIP SSFP sequences were scanned with six BBTI values (800 ~ (1 000) ~ (1 000) ~ 1 400 ~ 1 600 ~ (-1) 800ms). The image quality was analyzed by 4-score method, and the image training algorithm was used to automatically segment the medullary area of the kidney. The signal intensity (SI) of the medulla was calculated respectively. The relative signal intensity ratio (Sir) of the renal medulla was obtained with different BBTI values, and the best BBTI value was obtained. Results when the BBTI value was 1 200ms, the image quality score was the highest. There was significant difference in Sir between different BBTI values (P0. 013). When BBTI was 1 200ms, Sir value was the highest and SI contrast between renal medulla was the most obvious. Conclusion T-SLIP technique can clearly display renal medulla without contrast medium, and the separation of renal medulla is the best when the BBTI value is 1 200ms.
