【摘要】：正患者男,68歲。右側(cè)陰囊無(wú)痛性腫大40余年,加重并感脹痛不適2個(gè)余月就診。查體:右側(cè)陰囊體積明顯增大,皮膚無(wú)紅腫,陰囊內(nèi)觸及一大小約10cm×8cm腫塊,無(wú)壓痛,質(zhì)硬,活動(dòng)欠佳,與周圍組織分界不清。透光實(shí)驗(yàn)陰性。超聲檢查:右側(cè)陰囊內(nèi)探及一大小約8.3cm×7.4cm囊性回聲團(tuán),邊界清晰,形態(tài)規(guī)則,內(nèi)可見致密點(diǎn)狀回聲充填,按壓探
[Abstract]:The patient is 68 years old. Right scrotum painless swelling for more than 40 years, aggravated and feeling pain and discomfort for 2 months. Body examination: the volume of the right scrotum is obviously enlarged, the skin is not redness and swelling, the scrotum touches a 10cm 脳 8cm mass of about size, has no tenderness, hard, poor activity, and is not distinct from the surrounding tissue. The light transmission test was negative.
