【摘要】：正1病例簡(jiǎn)介男,35歲。主訴:肉眼血尿伴尿痛1年,加重2個(gè)月。患者1年前出現(xiàn)終末肉眼血尿,色鮮紅,無(wú)血凝塊,伴尿痛,無(wú)尿頻、尿急,無(wú)發(fā)熱,服用羅紅霉素、左氧氟沙星后肉眼血尿消失,尿痛癥狀緩解。患者2個(gè)月前尿痛疼癥狀加重。病程中曾由尿道排出骨質(zhì)樣物質(zhì)。院外B超提示膀胱多發(fā)結(jié)石,腹部CT平掃檢查示膀胱左前部混雜密度影(圖1A)。本院
[Abstract]:Case profile: male 35 years old. Chief complaint: naked eye hematuria with urinary pain 1 year, aggravated 2 months. The patient had terminal gross hematuria one year ago, with bright red color, no blood clot, accompanied by urinary pain, no frequent urination, no fever, roxithromycin, levoofloxacin after the naked hematuria disappeared, urinary pain symptoms alleviated. The patient's symptoms of urinary pain and pain increased 2 months ago. During the course of the disease, bone-like substances were excreted from the urethra.
