【摘要】：目的:探討離體腎部分切除聯(lián)合自體腎移植技術(shù)治療復(fù)雜性腎腫瘤的安全性和可行性。方法:回顧性分析2012—2016年采用該法處理復(fù)雜性腎腫瘤共5例。結(jié)果:除1例von Hippel-Lindau(VHL)病合并巨大腎錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤患者因發(fā)現(xiàn)腎臟腫瘤廣泛放棄行自體腎移植手術(shù)外。其他4例均完整挖除腫瘤并行成功自體腎移植手術(shù)。并隨訪6個(gè)月以上,未見有明顯腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)或者移植腎功能失功情況。結(jié)論:離體腎部分切除聯(lián)合自體腎移植術(shù),在根治腫瘤的同時(shí)最大程度保護(hù)腎單位,是治療復(fù)雜腎腫瘤的一種可選手術(shù)方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the safety and feasibility of partial nephrectomy combined with autologous renal transplantation in the treatment of complex renal tumors. Methods: 5 cases of complex renal tumors were analyzed retrospectively from 2012 to 2016. Results: one case of von Hippel-Lindaul disease complicated with giant renal hamartoma gave up autologous kidney transplantation because of the discovery of renal tumor. The other 4 patients underwent complete resection of the tumor and successful autogenous kidney transplantation. The patients were followed up for more than 6 months. There was no obvious recurrence of tumor or dysfunction of graft function. Conclusion: partial nephrectomy combined with autologous renal transplantation is an alternative method for the treatment of complex renal tumors.
