【摘要】：目的探討脫敏治療聯(lián)合鹽酸舍曲林在早泄治療中的療效。方法將76例早泄患者分為A、B兩組,A組患者單用鹽酸舍曲林50mg/d,連續(xù)服用28d;B組在A組基礎(chǔ)上,同時聯(lián)合行為治療(脫敏治療)每周2次,每次30min,持續(xù)28d。記錄治療前、后的射精潛伏期(IELT),治療前、后采用中國早泄患者性功能評價表(CIPE)評價。結(jié)果與治療前比較,治療后A、B兩組平均IELT均延長,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),患者和配偶性生活滿意度明顯提高;A組有效率為50.00%,B組有效率為73.68%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論脫敏治療聯(lián)合鹽酸舍曲林治療早泄療效明顯,應(yīng)重視脫敏治療在早泄患者治療中的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of desensitization combined with sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation. Methods 76 patients with premature ejaculation were divided into two groups: group A received sertraline hydrochloride (50 mg / d) and group B (28 days) on the basis of group A, combined with behavioral therapy (desensitization) twice a week for 30 min for 28 days. The latency of ejaculation before and after treatment was recorded. Before and after treatment, the sexual function of patients with premature ejaculation was evaluated by CIPE. Results compared with before treatment, the average IELT of group A was prolonged after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group A. The effective rate of group B was 73.68. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the effect of desensitization combined with sertraline hydrochloride on premature ejaculation is obvious, so we should pay more attention to the effect of desensitization in the treatment of premature ejaculation.
