【摘要】：T1G3期膀胱癌是表淺性膀胱腫瘤中級(jí)別較高的一種，其高復(fù)發(fā)率和進(jìn)展率的生物學(xué)特性使得臨床治療十分困難�？ń槊纾˙acillusCalmette-Guérin,BCG）膀胱內(nèi)灌注化療目前已成為T1G3期膀胱癌的一線治療方法，其中約40-50%的患者BCG治療失敗。全膀胱切除術(shù)是BCG治療失敗后的首選治療方式，對(duì)于需要繼續(xù)保留膀胱治療的患者，，尋找一種有效的挽救性治療的方法是所有泌尿外科醫(yī)師所共同面臨的難題。
[Abstract]:T1G3 stage bladder cancer is a kind of superficial bladder tumor with higher grade. Its high recurrence rate and progression rate make clinical treatment very difficult. Intravesical instillation chemotherapy of Bacillus Calmette-Gu 茅 rinn BCG has become a first-line therapy for T1G3 bladder cancer. About 40-50% of the patients have failed in BCG treatment. Total cystectomy is the first choice of treatment after the failure of BCG treatment. For patients who need to retain bladder treatment, it is a common problem for all urologists to find an effective salvage therapy.
