【摘要】：目的：探討手術(shù)前炎癥指標(biāo)和血清白蛋白與輸尿管癌的病理TNM分期和分級(jí)的相關(guān)性。方法：回顧性分析了經(jīng)手術(shù)后病理確診的,具有完整臨床病理資料的輸尿管癌78例的術(shù)前炎癥指標(biāo),采用血小板/淋巴細(xì)胞比值(PLR150：1)、中性粒細(xì)胞/淋巴細(xì)胞比值(NLR2.5：1),血清白蛋白(37g/L)為分界值,分析3種指標(biāo)與輸尿管癌的TNM分期和病理分級(jí)的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果：輸尿管癌的T1、T2(a)、T2(b)和T3期分期中NLR2.5：1各為17.65%,36.84%,47.06%和73.91%(P=0.005)；PLR150：1各為5.58%,36.84%,52.96%和56.52%(P=0.009)。低血清白蛋白血癥在輸尿管癌T1、T2和T3分期中各為35.29%,42.1%和60.87%。在輸尿管癌的組織學(xué)低級(jí)別和高級(jí)別中PLR150：1各為22.5%和50.0%(P=0.008),NLR2.5：1各為32.5%和60%(P=0.010)。 結(jié)論：術(shù)前炎癥指標(biāo)NLR、PLR和血清白蛋白與輸尿管癌的TNM分期和病理分級(jí)密切相關(guān),基于炎癥指標(biāo)和病理分級(jí)和分期的模型對(duì)臨床實(shí)踐有用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between preoperation inflammatory index and serum albumin and pathological TNM stage and grade of ureteral carcinoma. Methods: the preoperative inflammatory indexes of 78 cases of ureteral carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The platelet / lymphocyte ratio (PLR 150: 1), neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio (NLR 2.5: 1) and serum albumin (37 g / L) were used to analyze the correlation between the three indexes and the TNM stage and pathological grade of ureteral carcinoma. Results: the NLR2.5:1 in stage T _ 1, T _ 2, T _ 2 and T _ 3 of ureteral carcinoma was 17.65% and 36.84%, 47.06% and 73.91%, respectively, and the PLR150: 1 was 5.588.84%, 52.96% and 56.52%, respectively. The percentage of hypoalbuminemia in T _ 1 T _ 2 and T _ 3 staging of ureteral carcinoma was 35.29.1% and 60.87%, respectively. In the low grade and high grade of ureteral carcinoma, the PLR150:1 were 22. 5% and 50. 0% respectively. NLR 2. 5: 1 was 32.5% and 60% respectively. Conclusion: the TNM staging and pathological grade of ureteral carcinoma are closely related to the preoperative inflammatory markers NLRL PLR and serum albumin. The model based on inflammation index and pathological grade and staging is useful in clinical practice.
