【摘要】：目的分析環(huán)孢素在我院腎病綜合征患者中的用藥情況及特點(diǎn)。方法收集2014年北京大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院全年使用環(huán)孢素治療腎病綜合征的住院患者病例,提取患者的基本情況、治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)情況、合并用藥情況、療效及藥物不良反應(yīng)信息,用SPSS 22.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果共納入68例患者,住院次數(shù)為76次,進(jìn)行環(huán)孢素谷濃度測(cè)定132例次�；颊吣I病綜合征治療的有效率為36.84%,環(huán)孢素藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為4.41%。環(huán)孢素谷濃度在50~100ng·m L~(-1)時(shí),有效率最高。47.06%的患者住院期間合并使用地爾硫治療。合用地爾硫的患者與不合用患者的平均谷濃度、達(dá)到50~100 ng·m L~(-1)谷濃度范圍所需時(shí)間、環(huán)孢素平均劑量及有效率比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論本院腎病綜合征患者環(huán)孢素的使用基本合理,但在治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)方面還存在一些不足。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the drug use of cyclosporine in patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital. Methods the inpatients who were treated with cyclosporine for nephrotic syndrome in the first Hospital of Peking University in 2014 were collected. The basic information of the patients, the monitoring of treatment drugs, the combined use of drugs, the curative effect and the adverse drug reactions were collected. Statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS 22. 0 software. Results Sixty-eight patients were included, 76 times of hospitalization and 132 times of determination of cyclosporine valley concentration. The effective rate of treatment of nephrotic syndrome was 36.84 and the incidence of adverse drug reaction of cyclosporine was 4.41. When the concentration of cyclosporine was at 50~100ng m / L ~ (-1), the highest effective rate was. 47.06% patients were treated with diltiazem during hospitalization. There was no significant difference in the mean valley concentration between the patients with and without diltiazem, the mean dose and the effective rate of cyclosporine (P 0.05). Conclusion the use of cyclosporine in patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital is reasonable, but there are some deficiencies in drug monitoring.
