【摘要】：目的探討左卡尼汀聯(lián)合復(fù)方α-酮酸片是否能改善腹膜相關(guān)性腹膜炎患者促紅素抵抗的現(xiàn)象。方法選擇2012年1月至2014年5月在深圳市福永人民醫(yī)院腎內(nèi)科規(guī)律腹膜透析治療的60例作為研究對(duì)象。根據(jù)是否發(fā)生促紅素抵抗現(xiàn)象,將其分為抵抗組和對(duì)照組,每組各30例。療程3個(gè)月,記錄并觀察各組患者的用藥依從性和各項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查結(jié)果,根據(jù)上述指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果左卡尼汀聯(lián)合復(fù)方α-酮酸片聯(lián)合應(yīng)用后,患者的用藥依從性可,抵抗組的Hb、Hct、ALB、CRP、IL-6、SF、TSAT均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而兩組的Ca2+、Cr、Bun差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論綜上所述,左卡尼汀聯(lián)合復(fù)方α-酮酸片用于腹透相關(guān)性腹膜炎患者有助于提高機(jī)體的營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平,改善微炎癥狀態(tài),減少患者的促紅素抵抗現(xiàn)象,從而改善腎性貧血癥狀,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether levacarnitine combined with compound 偽-ketoacid tablets can improve the resistance to propofol in patients with peritonitis. Methods from January 2012 to May 2014, 60 patients who were treated with regular peritoneal dialysis in the Department of Renal Medicine, Fuyong people's Hospital of Shenzhen City were selected as the study objects. According to the phenomenon of resistance, the patients were divided into resistance group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). After 3 months of treatment, the drug compliance and laboratory results were recorded and observed. Results the drug compliance of patients with L-carnitine combined with compound 偽 -ketoacid tablets was good. The TSAT of the resistant group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion to sum up, L-carnitine combined with compound 偽 -ketoic acid tablets can improve the nutritional level of the body, improve the state of microinflammation, reduce the resistance to propofol and improve the symptoms of renal anemia in patients with peritoneal dialysis associated peritonitis. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
