【摘要】：目的:通過定量測(cè)定上尿路結(jié)石患者血清中HGF濃度與正常人血清中HGF濃度的差異,結(jié)合患者結(jié)石成分、血生化結(jié)果、年齡、性別等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,探討泌尿系結(jié)石形成的原因及HGF在泌尿系結(jié)石預(yù)防中的作用。方法:選取符合條件的結(jié)石患者80例,并選取同期生物學(xué)特征相似的正常人20例。收集患者臨床資料、術(shù)后結(jié)石標(biāo)本以及清晨空腹靜脈血標(biāo)本,離心后保存。結(jié)石成分用紅外光譜結(jié)石分析儀分析,血清中的HGF水平用ELISA法測(cè)定,數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:1、實(shí)驗(yàn)組中男性51例(63.8%),女性29例(36.3%),年齡范圍21-56歲,平均年齡43.7±8.84歲。對(duì)照組男性12例(60%),女性8例(40)%,年齡范圍在20-55歲,平均年齡39.40±9.40歲。實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組在年齡及性別方面無差異(P0.05)。2、實(shí)驗(yàn)組中草酸鈣結(jié)石(主要為二水草酸鈣和一水草酸鈣)47例(58.8%),混合結(jié)石(主要為草酸鈣與碳酸磷灰石)23例(28.8%),尿酸氨結(jié)石5例(6.3%),六水磷酸氨鎂結(jié)石5例(6.3%)。3、實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組相比,血尿酸濃度、血鉀濃度、血鈉濃度、血鎂濃度、血磷濃度、血鈣濃度兩兩比較均無明顯差異(P0.05)。4、實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者血清甘油三酯濃度與對(duì)照組病例血清甘油三酯濃度(相比明顯升高(P0.05)。5.實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者血清膽固醇濃度與對(duì)照組病例血清膽固醇濃度相比有顯著性差異(P0.05)。6、實(shí)驗(yàn)組血清HGF濃度與對(duì)照組血清HGF濃度相比明顯降低(P0.05)。7、實(shí)驗(yàn)組中男性結(jié)石患者HGF濃度與女性結(jié)石患者HGF濃度相比無明顯差異(P0.05)8、草酸鈣結(jié)石、混合結(jié)石、六水磷酸鎂銨結(jié)石及尿酸氨結(jié)石組血清HGF濃度兩兩比較差異不明顯(P0.05)。9、對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組血清HGF濃度與年齡進(jìn)行線性相關(guān)分析結(jié)果提示血清HGF濃度與年齡無明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)結(jié)論:泌尿系結(jié)石患者血清中HGF濃度明顯偏低,降低程度與結(jié)石類型無相關(guān)性;HGF的降低參與上尿路結(jié)石的形成;血清HGF的濃度與年齡、性別等無明顯相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the difference of serum HGF concentration between upper urinary tract stone patients and normal people, and to analyze the composition of stone, blood biochemical results, age, sex and so on. To explore the causes of urinary calculi and the role of HGF in the prevention of urolithiasis. Methods: 80 patients with lithiasis and 20 normal subjects with similar biological characteristics were selected. The clinical data, postoperative stone specimens and early morning fasting venous blood samples were collected and preserved after centrifugation. The HGF level in serum was determined by ELISA method, and the data was analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results in the experimental group, there were 51 males (63.8%) and 29 females (36.3%). The average age was 43.7 鹵8.84 years (21-56 years). The control group consisted of 12 males and 8 females, aged 20-55 years, with an average age of 39.40 鹵9.40 years. There was no difference in age and sex between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05. 2). Calcium oxalate calculi (mainly calcium oxalate dihydrate and calcium oxalate monohydrate in 47 cases) and mixed stones (mainly calcium oxalate and carbonate apatite in 23 cases) were found in the experimental group. There were 5 cases of lithiasis, 5 cases of magnesium phosphate hexahydrate stone, and 5 cases of magnesium phosphate hexahydrate stone. The experimental group was compared with the control group. There was no significant difference in serum uric acid concentration, serum potassium concentration, serum sodium concentration, serum magnesium concentration, blood phosphorus concentration and serum calcium concentration. There was no significant difference in serum triglyceride concentration between the experimental group and the control group. There was significant difference in serum cholesterol concentration between the experimental group and the control group (P0.05. 6). Compared with the control group, the concentration of HGF in the serum of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The concentration of HGF in the male calculi in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in HGF concentration between female and female stone patients (P 0.05), calcium oxalate stone, calcium oxalate stone, Mixed stones, There was no significant difference in serum HGF concentration between ammonium magnesium phosphate hexahydrate stone group and uric acid ammonia stone group. The linear correlation analysis between serum HGF concentration and age in experimental group showed that there was no significant correlation between serum HGF concentration and age (P0.05). Conclusion: the concentration of HGF in the serum of patients with urinary calculi is obviously low. There was no correlation between the degree of reduction and the type of calculi. There was no significant correlation between the concentration of serum HGF and age, sex, etc.
