【摘要】：正漿細胞瘤包括孤立性漿細胞瘤、髓外漿細胞瘤(extramedullary plasmacytoma,EMP)、多發(fā)性骨髓瘤、漿細胞性白血病4類,EMP是一種罕見的發(fā)生于骨髓外軟組織的惡性腫瘤,約占全部漿細胞瘤的4%,80%發(fā)生于上呼吸道和消化道~([1])。EMP好發(fā)于男性,男女發(fā)病比例為3:1,平均發(fā)病年齡60歲以上~([2])。睪丸漿細胞腫瘤可為多發(fā)性骨髓瘤侵至睪丸或EMP原發(fā)于睪丸,亦有個別漿細胞白血病進
[Abstract]:Plasmacytoma includes solitary plasmacytoma, extramedullary plasmacytoma, multiple myeloma, plasmacytoma, plasmacytic leukemia, and EMP is a rare malignant tumor occurring in extramedullary soft tissue. About 80% of the total plasmacytoma occurred in the upper respiratory tract and digestive tract ([1]). EMP was most common in males. The ratio of male to female was 3: 1. The average age of onset was over 60 years ([2]). Testicular plasmacyte tumors may be multiple myeloma invading the testis or EMP primary in the testis, and there are also individual plasmacytic leukemia.
