【摘要】：精道內(nèi)鏡技術(shù)是近10余年來出現(xiàn)的1項(xiàng)泌尿男科領(lǐng)域新技術(shù)。該技術(shù)是指利用口徑纖細(xì)的內(nèi)鏡及其輔助器械對射精管、精囊、輸精管壺腹部及其周圍結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行直接觀察,確定發(fā)生疾病的原因、部位和程度,而且同時(shí)對精道遠(yuǎn)端區(qū)域各類疾病進(jìn)行相應(yīng)治療,包括對精囊、射精管及其周圍囊腫的沖洗、切開、燒灼、止血、擴(kuò)張、引流、清除積血和結(jié)石、解除梗阻等一整套臨床操作技術(shù)。因而,精道內(nèi)鏡技術(shù)既是1種對精道遠(yuǎn)端常見疾病的病因?qū)W診斷技術(shù),又是1種針對病因的微創(chuàng)性手術(shù)治療技術(shù)。該技術(shù)安全、有效、創(chuàng)傷小、恢復(fù)快、并發(fā)癥少,對精道遠(yuǎn)端疾病診治具有不可取代的優(yōu)勢。本文就精道內(nèi)鏡技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷史,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Seminiferous endoscopy is a new technique in urology. The technique refers to the direct observation of the ejaculatory duct, the seminal vesicle, the vas deferens ampulla and its surrounding structures by using the fine caliber endoscope and its auxiliary instruments to determine the cause, location and extent of the disease. At the same time, various diseases of the distal region of the spermatozoa were treated, including washing, incision, cauterization, hemostasis, dilatation, drainage, removal of hemorrhage and stones of the seminal vesicle, ejaculatory duct and the surrounding cysts. Relief of obstruction and a set of clinical techniques. Therefore, endoscopy is not only an etiological diagnosis technique for common diseases of distal spermatozoa, but also a minimally invasive surgical treatment technique. This technique is safe, effective, less trauma, faster recovery and less complications. It has an irreplaceable advantage in diagnosis and treatment of distal diseases of spermatozoa. In this paper, the history, application and development trend of endoscopy were reviewed.
