【摘要】：膀胱癌是泌尿系統(tǒng)常見的腫瘤之一,男性發(fā)病率高于女性。我國膀胱癌發(fā)病率呈逐漸上升趨勢。膀胱癌的發(fā)生與多種因素有關(guān),其發(fā)病機制也較復(fù)雜。目前公認(rèn)的膀胱癌危險因素有地方性飲用水砷濃度增高、血吸蟲感染、職業(yè)暴露芳香胺及其他致癌物,以及吸煙、降糖藥物使用、家族史、特異性低外顯率的遺傳易感性等因素。本文對影響膀胱癌發(fā)生的職業(yè)和環(huán)境因素進行綜述,為健康教育、主動預(yù)防膀胱癌和控制危險因素提供有價值的信息。
[Abstract]:Bladder cancer is one of the common tumors of the urinary system, and the incidence of male is higher than that of women. The incidence of bladder cancer in China is increasing gradually. The occurrence of bladder cancer is related to a variety of factors and its pathogenesis is more complex. The present risk factors for bladder cancer are the increase of arsenic concentration in local drinking water, Schistosoma infection and occupational exposure aryl amine And other carcinogens, as well as smoking, the use of hypoglycemic drugs, family history, and genetic susceptibility to specific low explicit rates. This article reviews the occupational and environmental factors that affect the occurrence of bladder cancer, providing valuable information for health education, proactive prevention of bladder cancer and the control of risk factors.
