【摘要】：目的探討不同透析年限老年終末期糖尿病腎病(DN)患者血壓異常的相關(guān)因素。方法收集該院及南方醫(yī)院收治的220例老年終末期DN患者,按透析年限分為≤3年組(n=114)與3年組(n=106),比較兩組高血壓及低血壓的發(fā)生率,并經(jīng)單因素分析及多因素Logistic回歸分析不同透析年限D(zhuǎn)N患者血壓異常的影響因素。結(jié)果兩組高血壓發(fā)生率比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),3年組低血壓發(fā)生率明顯高于≤3年組,血壓異常發(fā)生率明顯高于≤3年組(均P0.05);多因素Logistic回歸分析,促紅細(xì)胞生成素用量是不同透析年限老年終末期DN患者發(fā)生高血壓的影響因素;心功能、血紅蛋白(Hb)水平是發(fā)生低血壓的影響因素。結(jié)論老年終末期DN患者透析年限越長(zhǎng),發(fā)生高血壓或低血壓的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越高,應(yīng)把握不同透析年限患者血壓異常的特點(diǎn),及時(shí)采取預(yù)防措施減少有關(guān)因素的影響,從而提高患者透析的耐受性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors of abnormal blood pressure in elderly patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy (DN) with different dialysis years. Methods 220 elderly end-stage DN patients treated in this hospital and Southern Hospital were divided into 3 years group (n = 114) and 3 years group (n = 106). The incidence of hypertension and hypotension were compared between the two groups. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of abnormal blood pressure in DN patients with different dialysis years.
