【摘要】：陰莖癌是陰莖最常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤，主要經(jīng)淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移，腹股溝淋巴結(jié)是其最早和最常見(jiàn)的轉(zhuǎn)移部位，且即使發(fā)生淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移，，也可通過(guò)淋巴結(jié)清掃達(dá)到治愈。傳統(tǒng)開(kāi)放腹股溝淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù)是治療陰莖癌伴腹股溝淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)術(shù)式，但手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率高，極易發(fā)生切口感染、切口裂開(kāi)、皮瓣壞死、淋巴水腫等，限制了其在臨床上的應(yīng)用。腔鏡下腹股溝淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù)作為近年來(lái)興起的一項(xiàng)新技術(shù)，手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率較開(kāi)放手術(shù)明顯減少，淋巴結(jié)清掃效果與開(kāi)放手術(shù)相當(dāng)，未來(lái)可成為陰莖癌腹股溝淋巴結(jié)清掃的首選術(shù)式之一。
[Abstract]:Penile carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the penis. The inguinal lymph node is the earliest and most common metastatic site of penile carcinoma, and even if lymph node metastasis occurs, it can be cured by lymph node dissection. Traditional open inguinal lymph node dissection is the standard procedure for the treatment of penile carcinoma with inguinal lymph node metastasis, but the incidence of complications is high, incision infection, incision dehiscence, flap necrosis, lymphedema, etc. It limits its clinical application. Endoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection is a new technique developed in recent years. The incidence of complications is significantly lower than that of open surgery, and the effect of lymph node dissection is comparable to that of open surgery. In the future, it may be one of the first choice for inguinal lymph node dissection for penile carcinoma.
