【摘要】：目的回顧性分析小劑量環(huán)孢素A(Cs A)單藥治療特發(fā)性膜性腎病的療效。方法回顧性分析2008年9月至2015年12月北京大學第一醫(yī)院收治的Cs A[1~3 mg/(kg·d)]單藥治療的特發(fā)性膜性腎病患者,收集臨床隨訪資料。統(tǒng)計完全緩解率、部分緩解率、無效率,緩解后的復發(fā)情況。結(jié)果 36例患者符合入選標準。Cs A單藥治療時間為(15.56±8.86)個月,隨訪均大于12個月。治療6個月緩解率67.7%(24/36),其中完全緩解11.1%(4/36),部分緩解55.6%(20/36);治療12個月緩解率58.3%(21/36),其中完全緩解25.0%(9/36),部分緩解33.3%(12/36);5例(20.8%)部分緩解患者復發(fā);在長期隨訪中,42.9%的緩解患者復發(fā)。結(jié)論小劑量環(huán)孢素A單藥治療特發(fā)性膜性腎病有效,可避免聯(lián)合糖皮質(zhì)激素治療的副反應;但應注意緩解后有一定比例的復發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective To retrospectively analyze the efficacy of small dose cyclosporin A (Cs A) single drug in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Methods the patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy treated with single drug Cs A[1~3 mg/ (kg / D) in No.1 Hospital of Peking University from September 2008 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical follow-up data were collected. The rate of complete remission, partial remission rate, and no rate of remission were statistically analyzed. Results in 36 patients, 36 patients met the standard of admission (15.56 + 8.86 months) and were followed up for more than 12 months. The remission rate was 67.7% (24/36) for 6 months, including complete remission 11.1% (4/36), partial remission 55.6% (20/36), and 58.3% (21/36) for 12 months, of which 25% (9/36) was completely relieved. Remission of 33.3% (12/36); 5 cases (20.8%) remission of patients; 42.9% of remission in long-term follow-up. Conclusion small dose cyclosporin single drug is effective in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy and can avoid side effects combined with glucocorticoid therapy; however, a certain proportion of recurrence should be paid attention to after remission.
