【摘要】：在治療前列腺癌的各種傳統(tǒng)方法中,普遍存在著殺傷癌細(xì)胞的同時(shí)對(duì)正常組織器官造成損傷的現(xiàn)象。近年來(lái)興起的靶向治療在一定程度上能很好地解決這一問(wèn)題。但作為靶向治療的載體,病毒類載體存在免疫原性大、毒性大等缺點(diǎn),而非病毒類載體靶向治療前列腺癌往往能克服這些缺點(diǎn)。本文綜述了以陽(yáng)離子聚合物、脂質(zhì)體和殼聚糖聚合物為主的非病毒類載體包裹基因藥物靶向治療前列腺癌的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:In the traditional methods of treating prostate cancer, it is common to kill cancer cells and damage normal tissues and organs at the same time. In recent years, targeted therapy can solve this problem well to some extent. However, as the carrier of target therapy, the virus like body has many disadvantages, such as large immunogenicity, large toxicity, and so on. Non viral vector targeted therapy for prostate cancer can often overcome these shortcomings. In this paper, the development of targeted treatment of prostate cancer with cationic polymer, liposome and chitosan polymer as a non viral vector encapsulated gene drug is reviewed in this paper.
