【摘要】：第一部分PCA3在前列腺癌初次診斷中的價(jià)值 目的meta分析評(píng)估PCA3在前列腺癌診斷中的作用 方法系統(tǒng)檢索PubMed, Medline, Web of Science, Embase以及其他機(jī)構(gòu)在2013年4月之前發(fā)表的有關(guān)PCA3診斷前列腺癌的文章。研究的質(zhì)量評(píng)估基于QUADAS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)�；谥贫ê玫臉�(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選出24篇中高質(zhì)量的文章用于分析。整理并運(yùn)用軟件分析數(shù)據(jù)。對(duì)得出的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行討論并得出結(jié)論。 結(jié)果使用PCA3診斷前列腺癌，其特異性、靈敏度、診斷價(jià)值、AUC曲線面積等數(shù)據(jù)均高于PSA。 結(jié)論在前列腺癌初次診斷中PCA3比PSA更有優(yōu)越性。 第二部分PCA3在前列腺癌重復(fù)活檢中的價(jià)值 目的meta分析評(píng)估PCA3在前列腺癌重復(fù)活檢中的作用 方法系統(tǒng)檢索PubMed, Medline, Web of Science, Embase以及其他機(jī)構(gòu)在2013年4月之前發(fā)表的有關(guān)PCA3診斷前列腺癌的文章。研究的質(zhì)量評(píng)估基于QUADAS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。基于制定好的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選出11篇中高質(zhì)量的文章用于分析。整理并運(yùn)用軟件分析數(shù)據(jù)。對(duì)得出的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行討論并得出結(jié)論。 結(jié)果在前列腺癌重復(fù)活檢中使用PCA3比PSA有更高的特異性、靈敏度、診斷價(jià)值、AUC曲線面積。PCA3截止值取20分時(shí)的結(jié)果比35分好。 結(jié)論在前列腺癌重復(fù)活檢中PCA3比PSA更有優(yōu)越性。PCA3截止值應(yīng)取20分
[Abstract]:Part I the value of PCA3 in the initial diagnosis of prostate cancer
Objective to evaluate the role of PCA3 in the diagnosis of prostate cancer by meta analysis.
Methods PubMed, Medline, Web of Science, Embase, and other institutions published before April 2013 about the PCA3 diagnosis of prostate cancer. The quality assessment of the study was based on the QUADAS standard. Based on the established standards, 24 high quality articles were selected for analysis. The data are discussed and the conclusion is drawn.
Results the specificity, sensitivity, diagnostic value and AUC curve area of prostate cancer diagnosed by PCA3 were higher than those of PSA..
Conclusion PCA3 is superior to PSA in the initial diagnosis of prostate cancer.
The second part is the value of PCA3 in repeated biopsy of prostate cancer.
Objective to evaluate the role of PCA3 in repeated biopsy of prostate cancer by meta analysis.
Methods PubMed, Medline, Web of Science, Embase, and other institutions published before April 2013 about the PCA3 diagnosis of prostate cancer. The quality assessment of the study was based on the QUADAS standard. Based on the established standards, 11 high quality articles were selected for analysis. The data are discussed and the conclusion is drawn.
Results PCA3 had higher specificity, sensitivity, and diagnostic value than PSA in repeated biopsies of prostate cancer. The result of the AUC curve area.PCA3 cut-off value of 20 points was better than that of 35.
Conclusion PCA3 is superior to PSA in repeat biopsy of prostate cancer, and the cut-off value of.PCA3 should be 20 points.
