【摘要】：報(bào)告1例腎動(dòng)脈栓塞聯(lián)合剖腹探查搶救腎活檢后腎后位結(jié)腸大出血成功的病例。提示在腎活檢大出血的病例中,應(yīng)警惕少見(jiàn)的解剖異常如腎后位結(jié)腸,及其所帶來(lái)的結(jié)腸損傷出血的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本例中,腎動(dòng)脈栓塞聯(lián)合剖腹探查可快速精準(zhǔn)止血,最大限度避免器官切除,挽救生命。
[Abstract]:A case of renal artery embolization combined with laparotomy was reported to rescue the posterior colonic hemorrhage after renal biopsy.It is suggested that rare anatomical abnormalities such as the posterior kidney colon and the risk of colonic injury and hemorrhage should be observed in patients with massive renal biopsy bleeding.In this case, renal artery embolism combined with laparotomy can quickly and accurately stop bleeding, avoid organ excision and save lives.
