【摘要】：目的比較輸尿管軟鏡與經(jīng)皮腎鏡(PCNL)碎石術(shù)治療腎結(jié)石的療效。方法選擇53例腎結(jié)石患者采用輸尿管軟鏡治療(輸尿管軟鏡組),92例腎結(jié)石采用PCNL治療(PCNL組),比較兩種方法的手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量、清石率,觀察不良反應。結(jié)果輸尿管軟鏡組術(shù)后4周總清石率為88.7%,PCNL組為94.6%。輸尿管軟鏡組直徑≤20 mm的結(jié)石及直徑20 mm的結(jié)石患者手術(shù)時間長于PCNL,術(shù)中出血量少于PCNL組(P0.05)。結(jié)論直徑≤20 mm的腎結(jié)石適合選用輸尿管軟鏡,直徑20 mm的腎結(jié)石適合選用PCNL。存在解剖結(jié)構(gòu)異常、凝血功能異常、腎功能不全及穿刺困難者無論結(jié)石大小均是輸尿管軟鏡的適應證。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of ureteral soft-lens lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods Fifty three patients with renal calculi were treated with soft ureteroscopy (92 cases of ureteral calculi were treated with PCNL in ureteral soft microscope group). The time of operation, the amount of blood lost during operation, the rate of stone clearance and the adverse reactions were observed.Results in the soft ureteroscopy group, the total removal rate of stone was 88.7and PCNL (94.6%) 4 weeks after operation.The operative time of calculi with diameter 鈮，
