【摘要】：正經(jīng)尿道手術(shù)已成為治療良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的金標準術(shù)式,目前主要有經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切(transurethral resection of prostate,TURP)和經(jīng)尿道前列腺剜除,經(jīng)尿道前列腺等離子剜除(plasma kinetic enucleation of prostate,PKEP)技術(shù)為Liu等~([1])國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)。我院采用改良的經(jīng)尿道前列腺腔內(nèi)整體剜除,并恥骨上穿刺旋切取
