【摘要】：目的觀察復(fù)方氨基酸膠囊對糖尿病維持性血液透析患者的治療作用。方法健康對照組30例和糖尿病維持性血液透析組(HD組)7例。血液透析患者應(yīng)用復(fù)方氨基酸膠囊口服,共觀察3個月。檢測用藥前后血常規(guī)(血紅蛋白)、肝功能(血漿總蛋白、白蛋白)、血尿素氮、血肌酐,血清必需氨基酸等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 HD組血清總蛋白、白蛋白和血紅蛋白均低于對照組,但無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。HD組血肌酐及尿素氮明顯高于對照組(P0.01)。用藥前后纈氨酸水平無明顯變化。亮氨酸,苯丙氨酸,賴氨酸,色氨酸,蘇氨酸,異亮氨酸,蛋氨酸用藥后均有升高(P0.05)。結(jié)論在糖尿病維持性血液透析患者中應(yīng)用復(fù)方氨基酸膠囊,除纈氨酸以外,血清中其他必需氨基酸都升高,故可以補(bǔ)充透析過程中丟失的氨基酸。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of compound amino acid capsule on diabetic hemodialysis patients.Methods 30 cases of healthy control group and 7 cases of HD group of diabetic maintenance hemodialysis group.Patients with hemodialysis were treated with compound amino acid capsules for 3 months.Blood routine (hemoglobin), liver function (plasma total protein, albumin, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and serum essential amino acids) were measured before and after treatment.Results the levels of serum total protein, albumin and hemoglobin in HD group were lower than those in control group, but there was no statistical difference. The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in HD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.01).There was no significant change in valine level before and after treatment.Leucine, phenylalanine, lysine, tryptophan, threonine, isoleucine and methionine all increased P 0.05.Conclusion the application of compound Amino Acid capsule in diabetic maintenance hemodialysis patients with the exception of valine, the other essential amino acids in serum are all increased, so it can be used to supplement the amino acids lost during dialysis.
