【摘要】：正尿道狹窄是泌尿外科的常見疾病,1827年Ducamp認為淋病是尿道狹窄最常見的原因。近年來,國內外的調查研究~([1])發(fā)現,尿道狹窄主要由外傷和醫(yī)源性損傷所致,外傷是目前中國最常見的導致尿道狹窄的原因(占51.8%),醫(yī)源性損傷是西方國家最常見的導致尿道狹窄的原因(占38.6%)。1診斷尿道狹窄的診斷可通過病史和臨床各種檢查
[Abstract]:Urethral stricture is a common disease in urology, and gonorrhea is the most common cause of urethral stricture in Ducamp in 1827.In recent years, domestic and foreign investigations have found that urethral stricture is mainly caused by trauma and iatrogenic injury.Trauma is the most common cause of urethral stricture in China (51.8%). Iatrogenic injury is the most common cause of urethral stricture in western countries (38.6%).
