【摘要】：前列腺癌是男性最常見的泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)的惡性腫瘤,去勢治療后腫瘤細胞常呈現(xiàn)去勢抵抗特性。雄激素受體變異、再活化及腫瘤微環(huán)境改變等是前列腺癌進展成為去勢抵抗性前列腺癌(castration-resistant prostate carcinoma,CRPC)的主要病理因素。系統(tǒng)性分析和理解前列腺癌的去勢抵抗機制是構建CRPC的精準治療策略的基礎。
[Abstract]:Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor in male genitourinary system.Androgen receptor mutation, reactivation and tumor microenvironment change are the main pathological factors in the development of castration-resistant prostate carcinomatosis (CRPC) in ovariectomized prostate cancer.Systematic analysis and understanding of the mechanism of castration resistance of prostate cancer is the basis for the construction of precise treatment strategy for CRPC.
