【摘要】：目的探討泌尿系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤患者化療后感染調(diào)查和影響因素,為采取針對(duì)性的預(yù)防干預(yù)措施提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集泌尿外科2011年2月-2013年2月收治的290例泌尿系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤患者臨床資料,根據(jù)泌尿系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤患者有無感染,分為感染組與非感染組,運(yùn)用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)和二分類logistic回歸分析泌尿系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤化療后感染影響因素。結(jié)果 290例患者中發(fā)生感染31例,感染率為10.69%,以呼吸道感染為首15例,占48.39%,多因素logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),侵入性操作多(β=3.084,OR=21.847)、外周血白細(xì)胞數(shù)低(β=3.188,OR=24.244)和住院時(shí)間30d(β=2.608,OR=13.574)是泌尿系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤患者化療后感染的影響因素,�？谱o(hù)理人員護(hù)理(β=-2.849,OR=0.058)是泌尿系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤患者化療后感染的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論泌尿系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤患者化療后感染率較高,其受多方面因素影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor of urinary system and to provide reference for preventive intervention.Methods 290 patients with malignant tumor of urinary system were collected from February 2011 to February 2013. According to whether they had infection or not, they were divided into infected group and non-infected group.Descriptive statistics and two classification logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of urinary malignant tumor infection after chemotherapy.Results there were 31 cases of infection in 290 patients, the infection rate was 10.69.
